The strength of the labor movement is people power. We need your help to walk picket lines, build solidarity between unions, fight for political change, and organize new shops. Get involved in the Area Labor Federation today!

Three Ways to Get Active

1. Show up to a solidarity action!

By subscribing to our mailing list or following us on social media, you can stay up-to-date on calls for solidarity across Western Mass.

2. Come to an Assembly Meeting

Our assemblies are a good entry point for new participants in the WMALF. Right now, we have active assemblies in Hampshire-Franklin and Hampden County. Assembly meetings are an opportunity to learn from other workers, look for support, and make connections with other union workers. Assembly meetings are open to non-union workers and community members as well.
