Saturday, October 17th: Contract Campaigns and Collective Bargaining Training

Learn the basics of organizing and negotiating a strong contract for your members. We will cover assessing the needs of your membership, building a contract team, responsibilities in bargaining, and more!
Saturday, November 14th: Organizing Against Workplace Discrimination and Harassment

Together, we will discuss using union power to address workplace discrimination and harassment. We will cover types of discrimination, burden of proof, enforcement, roles of CBA’s, grievances, and organizing approaches.

Join us for a training on using UNION POWER to address discrimination and harassment in the workplace. We’ll cover types of discrimination, burden of proof, state and federal enforcement, role of collective bargaining agreements, organizing approaches, and more!
