Join the Western MA Area Labor Federation for a training on collective bargaining and contract campaigns. We will cover:
- Understand core frameworks governing bargaining
- Building blocks of a contract
- Recognize and identify management’s obligations at the table
- How to use rights and leverage during the bargaining process
- How to organize around a campaign
- How to be an effective bargaining team
There will be a lunch break during the training, and a microwave is available on site. We encourage you to bring lunch.
